13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Texas for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.
